Description
Application: Can be used for washing, and finishing in all types of woven & knitted fabrics & yarn including Cotton, Polyester, Synthetic, Wool, etc.
Characteristics:
– High-solid contents type silicone emulsion.
– Excellent to rebound elastic and tensile.
– Imparts an excellent soft touch handle for cotton, Blended Fabric & yarn.
– Good durability, water absorption, and water and laundry washing.
– Good stability on storage
Dosing: (Pad method) – 5~20g/L (Can add more if need more soft)
Absorbency (Pick-up) – 65~85%
Dry – 130℃/3mins or 180℃/1min
Active Silicone Content – 15~25 %
Packing unit: Open-headed HDPE Drum: For samples – 0.5kg,1Kg, 30kg, 50kg. Regular pack -100kg. To avoid duplication we manufacture the packing drum in our own factory.
Storage:
– Store the product in the working environment at 5 ~ 50℃
– Avoid direct sunlight and store in a shaded and well-ventilated place.
– 12 months form the production date has a shelf life when stored at 25 °C in the tightly closed original container. The ‘Best use before within the date’ of each batch appears on the product label.
