A Complete Order Process:
1. Raw Material
We strictly check and control the quality of raw materials. QC department will check all the materials, when raw material comes to the factory, we refused any counterfeit products. Only qualified material will get into the raw material warehouse.
2. Producing management
The production department will make the production according to the engineer’s instructions. There is an agenda in each workshop showing the production plan every day. In this way, The workers All clearly know which project is producing now. Then check the machine’s status before operation.
3. Packing
We apply solid plywood which can stand long time sea shipping. For some important parts, like control cabinet, Door operator and motor, parts will be covered by a strong film first, with desiccant, before being put into boxes.
4. Quality Control
a) All raw materials will be checked before getting into the warehouse. And bulk electronic products do sampling inspections. All parts must have qualified certificates from suppliers Worker1 is responsible for this.
b) After the elevator and escalator are finished, We will test the match of the elevator motor and control cabinet, and the running condition of the escalator, and moving walks.
c) Workers will install some main parts before packing, such as cabin/supporting beam of motor, in case any hole is not accurate.
d) After packed, we will check the package condition for each part, and takes photos for further reference.
e) When delivery, we will check if all parts are packed in a container to avoid any missing, and take photos for further reference.
5.Product Description:
